Privacy Policy

This policy covers the independent review sites operated by Dua Labs LTDA (Brazilian company registration CNPJ 63.789.170/0001-17), including healthverdicthub.com and aiscriptlab.com. We publish product reviews and take part in affiliate programs run by ClickBank and Digistore24.
What we collect
When you load a review page or click one of its affiliate buttons, our server records:
- a random visit ID created in your browser for that page load;
- whether the event was a page view or a button click, and which page it happened on;
- campaign parameters in the page address (UTM tags and the Google Ads click ID, gclid), if present;
- your browser's user-agent string, used to filter out bots.
We do not ask for or store your name, email address, postal address or payment details. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and operations.
Purchases
If you buy a product after clicking an affiliate button, the order, payment and personal data for that purchase are handled by the vendor and its retailer (ClickBank or Digistore24), not by us. We only receive a sale notification with the visit ID, order number and commission amount, so we can tell which page led to the sale. We never see card numbers, addresses or passwords.
Cookies and Google services
Our own tracking does not set cookies or use local storage. These pages do load the Google tag (gtag.js) for Google Ads conversion measurement, which may set cookies from Google. Google's use of that data is described in its privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
When you click an affiliate button you leave our site, and the vendor's and retailer's own privacy policies and cookies apply from that point.
How we use the data
Only to measure, in aggregate, which pages are visited, which buttons are clicked and which visits lead to sales, so we can decide which reviews to keep and improve. We do not sell or rent this data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Visit and click records are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU and UK, the CCPA in California, or the LGPD in Brazil), you may have the right to ask what data we hold about you and to have it deleted. Because we do not collect names or emails, we can usually only locate a record if you give us the visit ID or the approximate date and page of your visit. For data about a purchase, contact the vendor or the retailer that processed it.
Children
These sites are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 16.
